1. purchasing online

All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.

We will send you an email to confirm your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch if any complications should arise during the ordering process, then, all refunds will be made via PayPal to the original payee's account.

2. delivery

We aim to dispatch your wedding and engagement rings within the specified time stated in the item description.

All other jewellery will be dispatched the next day where possible, otherwise within 3-4 working days (unless otherwise stated). 
On the rare occasion there is any specific delay, we shall notify you by email and you shall have the right to cancel your order.

Items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.

*PLEASE NOTE* We are sorry, but we can only dispatch items to the postal address that is given by PayPal. This is for security and insurance reasons.

Your address will come up on the PayPal checkout page, please take a few moments to check everything is correct before confirming the payment. If the address is not the correct one, we will need to cancel the order so that you can amend the address and re-order.

 

Items will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery for deliveries within the UK,

International Signed for Service for Europe, USA & all other countries.

The delivery charges are as follows:

{PLEASE EXPECT SHIPPING/CUSTOMS DELAYS DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD}

UK: Special Delivery £12.00

EUROPE: International Tracked & Signed For £24.00 (approximately four-to-seven-day delivery)

WORLDWIDE:  International Signed or International Tracked & Signed For £24 (approximately ten-to-fourteen-day delivery)

FEDEX PRIORITY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER £1000: All single items over £1000 will be dispatched with FedEx. Multiple items under £1000 may be dispatched with Royal Mail in separate deliveries.

*FedEx will require a contact telephone number for the recipient, please forward this to us at the time of ordering.

NON-UK CUSTOMERS: We are not liable for any sales tax or duties payable on orders.

Please contact your local Customs website for more information concerning Tax/Duty applicable in your country when buying items from the UK.

PLEASE NOTE, if you do not receive your parcel within our stated delivery time you can contact us, and we will provide you with a tracking number with which you can trace your parcel.


We are not able to refund or replace items that have been lost by Royal Mail until twenty days have passed since the date of dispatch, or thirty days in the case of overseas delivery.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and RU.ST Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

3. return/refund policy

 

Once the goods have been dispatched to you, they become your property. Once they are delivered, they will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.

If in the unlikely event you have been sent a wrong or faulty item, please contact us at hello@rustmadeinengland.com within 7 days of receipt of your item, we will then inspect the item for its fault and we shall arrange for an exchange or repair.

You may return your item of jewellery (Excluding - made to order or personalised jewellery) if for any reason you are not satisfied with it.

We will make a full refund for the item if we are notified within 14 days from the day you received the order.

Once you have notified us, you will then need to send the item back to us, in unworn condition, and within 14 days, giving prior notice to RU.ST.

We advise that you use an insured and registered method of delivery for your own protection. We will issue the refund back to the original purchaser's account via PayPal, excluding any postage or import duties.

* As many of our rings are made to order, we are not always able to give a full refund, if for example the ring is an unusual size i.e., very large or very small, has been re-sized or has a personal engraving, these things will affect its resale value.

We may be able to offer either a full or partial refund.

*Please contact us to discuss what alterations and refunds can be made to specific rings prior to your order if you have any concerns.

Our White Diamond Engagement rings are covered by our 6 months free warranty

in the event of loss of a diamond (this excludes loss from accident or theft).

After this period, it is advised that jewellery is insured independently to cover any theft, loss or accident.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the item in transit.

4. pricing

 

All of our prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling.

Our prices are correct at the time of publication and goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We have the right to change our prices at any time, in accordance with any rise in materials prices.

 

5. liability

In the unlikely event the goods delivered to you are not the exact items you have ordered or are defective or damaged we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within seven days of delivery of the said goods.


You must comply with, and observe all applicable legislation and regulations, including obtaining any relevant import permits to purchase goods from our site. We accept no liability for any goods purchased by you in respect of any local laws regarding the import of any goods you purchase from us.

6. packaging

 

Each wedding and engagement ring will come to you in its own wooden ring box. Other jewellery items will be sent in an embossed card box. All deliveries will be securely wrapped.

7. ring sizing

 

We make our rings exactly to the size stated in the order. We only use UK, US or EURO ring measurements, if this differs in your country, please make sure you obtain an exact conversion into UK, US or EU sizing. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies due to conversions.

8. agreement

The terms and conditions listed above form the entire agreement between us, RU.ST Jewellery {Junction UK LTD} and you the customer. We shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions if any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, industrial action, the breakdown of systems or network disruption, flood, accident, fire or explosion.
